Clean, big wasn't busy on Thursday morning. I'd give 5 stars, but there was no attendant. It's obvious someone keeps it clean, but front door unlocks automatically on open / locks on close. Open 7-11

Very clean facility, with plenty of chairs to sit while your laundry is in the wash. Has vending machines for detergent, sodas, and snacks.
I recently moved to the area and have been to this establishment twice. Both times I was ripped off $3. Both times I had already put my clothes and soap in the machine per directions on the wall so now I have been ripped off a total of $6 as well as soap and time wasted. The first time I let it go. The second time I decided to call the number to find out about a refund. SURPRISE!! THE NUMBER YOU ARE CALLING HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED. So now I'm not only ripped off but stuck with dirty laundry. I'll travel farther rather than continue to get ripped off.
I like the place but it'd be nice if the service number worked. I've had my clothes get stuck in the machines, the machines take my money, and other problems.... Overall it's not a bad facility but there should at least be someone to reach.
