This man is a miracle worker!!!! We've fostered many dogs and the carpet certainly showed it, not so much with stains, but odor. We tried everything, and I mean everything (including other cleaners in the area) and the urine smell remained. We were about to just rip up the carpet and leave the bare floor, until we could afford to replace it (as it was a very large area) when we decided to try one last ditch effort and called family care. Thank god we did!!! Not only was he able to remove the few stains that no one else could get out, but the smell is gone!!! Even when it rains and is humid, the smell did not come back!!! Highly recommended!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!
