As for C&C, don't even look at the vehicles as you drive by.
Do not go here!! I just recently bought a car and thought the prices were awesome!! Two days later, car started over heating. They took the back and apparently 'fixed' the problem. Then a week later, the car cut off on me while I was driving in the middle of the road! The engine was knocking and they told me there was nothing they could do unless I paid to fix it! I understand pay as-is. But c'mon!!! You can at least sell cars that run more than two weeks. It's ridiculous.

Don't trust these people as far as you can throw them! After purchasing a car from them in February of 2012, it's been less than 3 months and the transmission is gone! After confronting him, he told me he would tow it back to Jonesville and replace the transmission, but he wanted ME to pay for it. After scanning the car and talking to Walker's Transmission of Wilkesboro (who I would recommend any day, I might add) I found out the transmission had to be scrapped due to a previous transmission problem that was not disclosed to me by C and C and the shift solenoid was arcing from the battery and caused it to shatter, thus ruining my transmission. The reason it arced? The battery positive was backed almost completely off. This was done on purpose. Afterwards, my girlfriend asked on GoWilkes if anyone had had any problems with C&C, the response was almost immediate. A woman told us her Ford Explorer she had purchased from C&C had quit three weeks after she bought it. Thankfully she went to the BBB and advised me to do the same. I'll be there tomorrow.
Bought my wife a 2005 Pontiac g6 from them. They were honest and let me check the car out as long as I liked. You are buying a car as-is. They want to sell you a good car so they make money. If they have to take back a broken car they lose money. So get it reviewed by a mechanic if you have any concerns and know if you want a new car the Chevy Ford or Dodge dealership is right down the road. If you want a quality pre-owned car go to C&c
Nothing but good things to say about them!! Bought a 2002 Saturn SL1 from them in April of 2010 and have only had to replace the battery and tires. Great and friendly people to do business with!!
